Now, with above mentioned states, I really think we have a huge problem at hand, and I say problem because with the current ANC Policies in place (BEE / AA) we face the fact that our future leaders, business men and woman, educators, in fact all parts of the private and government sectors that requires skilled people to generate revenue and services, are going to be run by the population (Mostly Blacks) with an average pass rate of only 58.92%.
While the population with the highest pass rate of 99.28% (Mostly Whites), will eventually take their skills / education to some other part of the world where they will not be judged (BEE / AA) by the colour of their skin, in fact, they will get high paying jobs because they are educated and skilled which they will not find in SA. Plus, it's a bonus to the company that hire them seeing as they will not require additional in-job training / skills development. While on the other hand, the majority population with low pass rates will cost a company millions each year in additional training, thus adding to a struggling economy.
You see my friends, if you take 100%, minus the pass rate of 58.92% and you will find that 41.08% of future students (blacks) will follow above mentioned actions, while only 0.72% of white students will, that means:
  • 41.08% more criminals.
  • 41.08% more welfare / social support.
  • 41.08% increased jail support
  • 41.08% increase on all negative social structures in future.
You see, the cycle continues and the country is moving backwards where again, a small minority will have to support a majority.
You decide.
