I'm sure the ANC does not enjoy having to discriminate against other citizens (thru AA/BEE/etc). But the reality is that with my post graduate degree in Applied Maths and CS, if it weren't for these policies I'd be working overseas. Coz here in SA I'd probably be a street sweeper. Unfortunately, that's the sad truth. A truth that only some of us can understand.

Come on ppl, let us think outside our dear Bachelors, Honours, Masters and Doctors degrees. We just need to be practical here, we need to discriminate some so we can achieve overall equality. And we are only saying that its for a moment(probably 30 years), in contrast to the 300 odd years of interruptions since someone docked at the Cape of Good Hope. We are not asking much, restrain you loathe for Julius and listen attentively for once.
