Government equals Business Philosophy

This is a follow up from the below post (Try Working for a change). I have to say that I agree with some of the article and at the same time do not agree with it fully. You see, they mention that Government (in SA - ANC) should not be the sole responsible party to provide services. I disagree with this fact due to the following reasons:
    1. Tax payers money is given to the Government to provide these services, not all for free but most like working Electricity, Water, better roads, basic education etc, if this is the case, why are we taxed so much and receive so little, espacially the White / Coloured / Indian and Chinese tax payer while non tax payers (mostly black) receive most of these "benefits" for free?
    2. If the tax payers pay their taxes every month, and we the tax payer provide above mentioned majority by helping them move into better houses with better services and better working opportunities, why then do our taxes not get less every month as it's proven that nearly 18 000 (estimated) black families leave the townships to cities like Joburg, get a job and supposedly pay taxes? The question has to be made public and the results as well on how much tax these new families actually pay?
    3. If these new families moving into suburbs also now pay taxes, why do our taxes stay so high and what is actually happening with the money. (more people paying taxes means less tax has to be gathered from previous tax payers) makes sense?
    4. Why is it the sole responsibility of the Tax Payers (mostly White / Coloured / Indian / Chinese) to support the majority of the population (mostly Black) in order for them to receive free Elec, Water, Education, Medicine etc while the tax payers do not receive these same benefits. Sorry for stating the obvious, but if the majority of the population now run the country, why is it not them supporting us. (Poverty!!).
Simple, since the end of Apartheid in 1993 these Black families were promised FREE HOUSES, FREE WATER, FREE ELECTRICITY, free basic rights. I recall Mandela stating during his speech after "killing" the opposition, that the "RICH" (whites) will be responsible to provide these basic rights to the people (blacks) and that we will all share the wealth!! Not so my friends, we have been paying taxes for them to support them, but what has the ANC Government done to provide these people with jobs in order for them to pay taxes, thus, these masses have now become to used to receiving free services that they are not "urged" to work and when they do work, they strike most of the time looking for increased salaries which the tax payers have to fork up so that they can get more money for less work! The ANC has planted the Idea into the majority that they need not work to receive these services and they can live off the Government (Actually Tax payers) for as long as it takes. Creating a WELFARE state where the majority relies on the minority for support.
This cannot work and never will, ask any business man today if it is going to be good business sense if he sells the majority of his stock at a loss and only makes profit off the minority of his stock? The Government is a BUSINESS and a Business needs more money coming in that out to survive. This is not the case in SA, where more money is spent on free services than what the tax payers can afford, leaving us with a slow dying business that will soon close it's doors!
We the tax payers should have more say on what and where our money is spent and this should not be left to the majority population to decide, that do not contribute. If the country is dependent on the minority groups for support and money, does it not make good BUSINESS SENSE to look after your investment?
You decide!
